Therapy Groups

I am not running any therapy groups at the moment. If you would like to be updated when new groups are in the works, sign up for my newsletter!

  • Instead of meeting with me 1-1, we will meet together with a small group of other TCKs/ATCKs! I like to keep groups small - between 3-7 people.

  • All groups are virtual, so you can attend from wherever you are in the world.

  • Some groups are weekly and occur over a 4-6 week timeframe. Other groups might just be one meeting focused on a specific topic or skill.

  • During groups, the therapist will pick a topic and facilitate some sort of discussion or project about that topic.

What’s a therapy group?

  • You get to connect with other TCKs/ATCKs.

  • It’s a low-pressure way to receive therapeutic benefit if you are still undecided about individual therapy.

  • It’s an affordable alternative (or supplement) to individual therapy.

  • It’s a way to experience the Expressive Arts Therapy approach (and me!) and see if we are the right fit for your individual therapy needs.
